EFFECTIVE FROM TODAY THE NEW ORGANISATION OF THE GARDA SYSTEM AIRPORTS

Once obtained the no impediment from ENAC (Italian Civil Aviation Authority), Catullo SpA Board of Directors made the company new organisational structure effective, according to what already announce by president Bortolazzi last May during the shareholders assembly. A deep company reorganisation was necessary in order to face the new development challenges with a firm and highly motivated team, which will be able to make quick decisions and, at the same time, have an overall view of the situations. The new organization chart includes two Business Units: the first one will control Verona terminal and the second one, that will be in charge for Brescia airport, will also play a significant role in the relaunch of Montichiari terminal. The two Business Units will operate with large autonomy and be more careful to the specific requests coming from their territory. With the coordination of general director Claudio Boccardo, the two units will be responsible for the quality level of services provided and for the expected economic results. From today, the units will manage both aeronautical and commercial activities. Catullo’s Business Unit will be managed on a temporary basis by general director Claudio Boccardo; while Roberto Gilardoni will control D’Annunzio’s Business Unit.
