CATULLO SPA: THE EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING RESOLVES A €47.5 MILLION INCREASE IN CAPITAL
 
THIS IS THE FIRST SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING SINCE THE RESTRUCTURING OF THE GOVERNANCE AND THE ADDITION OF SAVE SPA TO THE CORPORATE STRUCTURE
 
1,497,922 new shares will be issued at a price of €31.71 each for a countervalue of €47,499,106
The goal of the capital increase is to sustain infrastructural development of the Verona and Brescia airports based on the direction of the industrial plan
 
Verona, 30 July 2014 – The Catullo spa Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, the Verona and Brescia airport management company, which was held today, resolved to increase capital for the purpose of sustaining the infrastructural development of the Verona and Brescia airports based on the industrial plan as envisaged by the North-East airport system project.
 
The divisible share capital increase against payment calls for the issue of a maximum of 1,497,922 new ordinary shares to be offered to shareholders in underwriting options, in proportion to the shares possessed, at a price of €31.71 per share (€22 per capital note, €9.71 per premium note) for a countervalue of €47,499,106.
 
At the end of the operation, expected to be by 30 October 2014, the North-East airport hub will be a solid structure that will allow for significant synergy between the managed airports in order to suitably meet the current and future traffic demand in the territory.
 
The establishment of the North-East Italy integrated airports system, which attributes a predominant development direction to each airport in a synergistic relationship with the network of the other airports that make up the system, is destined to take on strategic importance for the area and for the entire country with important benefits for mobility and the economy.
